latest news.
Our group has decided to make some radical changes to the filming locations and story boarding. To start with we decided that the library scene wasn't worth including as conditions were dark and cramped and we didn't have a HD camara needed to deal with the dark conditions. Becasue of this we decided to shoot the most substancial part within the woods of the Copper Horse. We managed to complete out first draft to a fairly high standard but later realised that there were ample opportunities to improve on our trailer and make it more time efficient by including more short extreme close ups rather than long winding pans we also needed to make greater use of the tripod as our shots were more shakey than we would of liked. what we have done to date since the handing in of the first draft is decide that we need to reshoot the woods scene so we have currently redone all of our story boards do a much greater degree of accuracy and we have yet to get the HD camara in order to start shooting out second draft. my group and I have also made a theme tune on garage band and will be applying to the trailer once we have completed the final draft and all the sound hiccups have been edited out.

Shooting Positions and Camara Shots.
Here are a couple of initial ideas for shooting positions in our first scene when we actualy start filming it will be at night and it wil be alot darker. These shots were filmed with a camara phone so the quality is not great, when we come to filming for real we will use a tripod to steady the shot taking place.
We have made a decision on what our bag guy called "the antagonist" is to look like we thought that we should dress him smartly as this make him seem menacing but also look intellectual this look also fits our specification as we want to make him look as though he uses a professional approach to the killings of his victims. we have come to the conclusion that we will use a mask over the head of the antagonist as the lack of emotion gives sinister characteristics.
